From my research I have failed to understand how he managed to rule Uganda for more than 8 years with his reign of terror and still be loved by some Ugandans.

Many scholars say that his rule was the most notorious ever known in Africa. And no matter that’s why Uganda in known for this man called Amin.
While everybody is interested in knowing more about his rule, very few people have ever tried to know why he was the way he was.

Uganda as a country of many ethnic tribes mainly from Luo and Bantu ethnic groups, there was always a collision of power among themselves and this is where a man like Amin gets chance to rule a country like Uganda. But otherwise how can a man like Amin who was no educated rule a country that had professors and intellectuals.

At the time Amin took over power from president Obote, Uganda’s economy was booming to the African standard but after the expulsion of foreigners in Uganda, the economy went down completely and Uganda was put under trade embargo thus making Ugandans vulnerable to starvation.
Had it not been for Uganda’s fertile soils, Ugandans were to die like cockroaches.

Not withstanding Amins negative deeds many Ugandans and Africans supported him. This was seen by the time when he expelled the Asians. Many Uganda took over business and that why all fields that were managed by these expelled Asians were filled by Ugandans and today a big percentage of Business in Uganda is under the indigenous Ugandans thus many Ugandans praise Amin for chasing away the Asians.

After many Ugandan trying to overthrow Amin and failed, he was overthrown By Tanzanian forces supported by some Ugandan who were exiled by amin. What happened was more terror to Uganda under the leader ship of Obote 2.
This is what force many Ugandans to go to the bush and fought the guerrilla war that lasted for more than 5 years.

At present, Uganda is among the fastest developing countries of Africa thanks to Uganda president Mr. Museveni who stopped the reign of terrow and encourages the return of Asians and new investors.

And to the side of tourism, it is back to its fullest because Uganda as a pearl of Africa has everything you will ever think to look at before you die. But don’t forget to know that all these were forgotten at the time of Amin as the president of Uganda.

Summary: The author contends that most organizations reward the wrong things. He offers a four step process for turning wrong rewards into the right results.

Boost Your Leadership Skills Simply By Answering The Question, "What Does Our Organization Really Reward?"
By Brent Filson

The difference between leaders is ears. Good leaders not only ask good questions, but they actually listen to the answers.

Ask people in your organization: "What does our organization REALLY reward?" Listening to the answer may help you achieve marked increased in results.

Rewards and punishments make up the drive shaft of any organization. But my experience of working with thousands of leaders during the past 23 years reveals that most of their organizations reward the wrong things.

Such organizations may pay lip service to rewarding people for what is viewed as the right things: getting results, getting the right results, getting the right results in the right ways. But what they may really reward, often in terms of promotions and job perks, are such things as the care and feeding of top leaders' egos, political conniving, tyrannical leadership ....

Here is a way to transform wrong rewards into right results.

(1) Ask people in your organization what your organization REALLY rewards. The answers may surprise you. But don't get caught up in those answers. Don't make value judgments. At this stage, you are just an observer. Simply compile the list.

(2) Gauge each item on the list against results your organization really needs. Does it help get results? Does it detract from results?

Do it this way: Pick out a single item from your list. Describe the problem in the item and identify who controls its solution. Execute a "stop-start-continue" process. What reward do you stop, what do you start, and what do you continue?

You'll get results, but don't expect overnight success. Not only are many of these wrong rewards ingrained habits but changing them seldom achieves quick results. Still, keep asking, What does my organization really reward? In the long run, when tackling the challenges that comes with listening to the answers, you'll be getting more results as well as sharpening your leadership skills.

(3) Ask, "What does your leadership really reward?" When your leadership rewards the wrong things, you're getting a fraction of the results you're capable of. However, since we see the faults of others more clearly than our own, it may be more difficult identifying and dealing with your own issues rather than your organization's.

Do a 360 degree assessment. Select a single item from the list and apply the start-stop-continue process. Don't simply eliminate the item. Such items can be grist for the results mill. Identify the problem in the item then have the solution be a tool that gets results.

Guaranteed you will get results. After all, you are eliminating a negative aspect of your leadership and replacing it with a results-producing one. When you make this a long term endeavor — going from item to item — results will come to you in new and often unexpected ways.

(4) Encourage the people you lead to question the rewards aspects of their own leadership. Be aware of their reactions to your encouragement. Do they see the questioning as meaningful to their jobs? Do they want their colleagues involved in such questioning? Do they want to have senior management question their own leadership?

If people want the questioning to be a regular part of their daily work, continue it. If they feel it has little value, call a time out. After all, if people believe they are powerless to change things in the organization, seismic questions like this will only frustrate and anger them, creating a hot house environment for cynicism to flower.

As you go forward:

--Cultivate among the people a common, self-reinforcing fervor for the questioning. Don't force things. Be an observer and a supporter. Observe their reactions to the questioning and support their efforts to make it succeed.

--Encourage the development of networks of people taking the initiative to engage in the questioning together.

--Now and then, and especially in the beginning, set aside special times and places to have them focus exclusively on such questioning, making sure they continually link the answers to getting increases in results.

--Keep that linkage alive. This is not an academic exercise. It's not meant to simply have people feel good or, on the other hand, vent their frustrations. It's sole objective is to get MEASURABLE INCREASES IN RESULTS. If results are not forthcoming, have people refocus on the need for the questioning; and if you still are not receiving results, curtail or even eliminate it for awhile. You can always reactivate it when the time and the environment are more conducive to having it succeed.

--Avoid having the process deteriorate into name calling and finger pointing. The idea is not to use the questioning to get the goods on people or as a platform for emotional outbursts against the organization but instead for what it is meant to be, a powerful tool to get more results continually.

Mind you, people shouldn't be spending inordinate amounts of time on the questioning. Nor should it be seen as a major, discrete effort, like an operations or marketing program. Just the opposite: It should be a natural part of everybody's leadership activities. Constantly asking, Are we rewarding the right things? should eventually come as second nature.

Fame And Fortune http://www.articletrader.com/self-improvement/leadership/fame-and-fortune.html http://www.articletrader.com/self-improvement/leadership/fame-and-fortune.html Thu, 22 Nov 2007 00:00:00 -0600 The qualities needed to be an expert motivational speaker are evident when they are compared to a speaker who is neither expert nor a motivator. People from all walks of life have at one time or another seen and heard a public speaker. For most, their first experience hearing a speaker was probably a school teacher or school administrator. Some were memorable, some where not. Just like the Sunday church service, people endured the good as well as the bad. As adults we have the choice of staying in our seats or leaving the room, a choice oftentimes not extended to children.

The expert motivational speaker is the person who speaks with people not at them; the person who establishes eye contact and feels the energy . The expert motivational speaker sees the glass half full and can stay focused in any situation; the person who can conjure a story on the spot and produce laughter and tears. The expert motivational speaker is sensitive to her audience, has done the homework and knows the common thread that brings any particular gathering together. Passion and energy are the trademarks of effective expert motivational speakers. They are positive advocates for humanity who have the ability to feel the importance of awakening emotions and desires in people.

Oftentimes the keynote presenters are famous athletes, successful coaches or high profile personalities. Audiences come to see the person more than to hear them. They tell their stories and share the tales of their climb to success; but, not all are expert motivational speakers. Fame and notoriarity do not necessarily give these speakers the skills needed to evoke passion and desire in their audiences. They might be able to build a team of football players who win games, or pitch a no hitter, or star in three movies a year or run for high office, but they may not be able to connect with the moms and dads who are working hard to put a roof over their heads, wheels under their feet and food on the table. They might not remember what it is like to do their own grocery shopping, cart their children to and from day care or do their own laundry. Sometimes the disconnect between speaker and audience is extremely visible.

Expert motivational speakers are for the most part everyday ordinary people who have a passion and energy for telling stories that in someway move an audience to take action. For the most part the stories they tell are of everyday challenges, successes and the failures. Expert motivational speakers challenge their audiences to think and feel; challenge them to make a difference in their workplaces, their homes and their societies. They have the ability to encourage their listeners to work smarter, better and to be more productive. They set a tone for an event and focus on the necessary outcomes for which they were hired. Are some better than others? Absolutely.

In order for the hiring organization to get their money's worth from a keynote presenter or seminar leader, the organization must first know what the focus will be. What do they want the listeners to walk away with? What tone do they want set for the conference or gathering? In other words, they need to do their homework. If the hiring organization can answer these questions, they will in all likelihood not experience that disconnect.

Improve Leadership with a Seminar http://www.articletrader.com/self-improvement/leadership/improve-leadership-with-a-seminar.html http://www.articletrader.com/self-improvement/leadership/improve-leadership-with-a-seminar.html Wed, 30 May 2007 00:00:00 -0500 Being in a leadership position at your company is a big task. Not only do you have to do your job well, but you have to ensure that everyone under you is working as effectively as possible. One way to get some help with this tall order is to participate in leadership and management seminars.

One aspect that everyone needs to get a handle on is time management. There are management training seminars available to give you skills in this vital area. You can learn how to identify your goals and then spend your valuable time meeting those goals through your day-to-day tasks.Another huge obstacle to overcome is paper work, and the stacks of it that are likely on your desk. You can develop strategies for planning and organizing paper work, and even learn how to discard some of it so it no longer frustrates you. You can also use your time more effectively when you learn to delegate wisely, and this skill can be learned at a seminar.

People who work in a leadership capacity also need to be great communicators. Supervisor training is available for learning communication skills, such as all-important listening to improve your effectiveness. Sometimes you will have to tell people no, which can be unpleasant unless you know how to do it so that you will neither cause offense or feel guilty. You can also get trained in getting your message through even when others are not giving you their full attention.

If you are a new manager, there is a lot to learn in order to be at your most effective. Training seminars can help you garner the knowledge that is vital to your position, including motivating workers to give beyond the minimum, ideas for taking a complainer and turning this person into a productive member of the team, and also learning how to supervise your friends and former co-workers, which can be tricky for first-time supervisors.

Managers often are in charge of several projects. Having the tools at your fingertips to manage your projects effectively will not only help you save time but also improve your company's bottom line.Training in project management is a great investment in your career. You can learn how to cope when your project unexpectedly undergoes changes without stress, how to stay on deadline, and how to develop habits that will help you move forward and meet your goals.

Like most busy managers, you might think you don't have time for training, but with new technologies you can fit it into your schedule with ease. You can attend in-house training without leaving work, or you can participate in a webinar or teleseminar in the comfort of your office.

Fostering a Superior Customer Service Culture http://www.articletrader.com/self-improvement/leadership/fostering-a-superior-customer-service-culture.html http://www.articletrader.com/self-improvement/leadership/fostering-a-superior-customer-service-culture.html Tue, 20 Mar 2007 00:00:00 -0500
Customers that are delighted and truly amazed by your service, will not only remain loyal and profitable, they will also be an excellent source of referrals for you.

Create a culture of excellence
In order to truly be a respected organization, it is important to instill an excellence culture in the organization. Just as everyone is responsible for selling your offering, so is everyone responsible for servicing your customers.

It is important to utilise people's best skills in the correct positions in a team sport. The same is true in your company. There are many psychometric testing systems around that help determine what roles a person is best suited to fulfill. These can be used at recruitment stage. With existing employees, you need to introduce something like this tactfully!

Suffice it to say, that some one in customer service needs to be a caring type of person. Just for clarification, by customer service, I mean, ensuring that a customer who purchases your offering is able to make use of it in a way that will fulfill and exceed their expectations.

Set the customer up to be delighted
When a customer orders a product or service, clearly demonstrate to them what they are getting, in terms of what, when and how, with what resource.

Equally important, ensure that the people involved in providing that service, know exactly what the customer expects of them.

Then your company is in a position to delight the customer, by delivering exactly what was said on the tin. And then some, always go that little bit extra!

Don't solve problems too quickly
One of the hallmarks of good customer service is the ability to turn a complaint into an opportunity.

When an angry customer is on the phone the natural reaction is to try to solve the problem as quickly as possible. However if you study those who are expert in this area, before they solve any problem, they quickly and easily gain rapport with the customer.

What an irate customer really needs empathy. It is important to understand what it will take to cool him down, make them feel understood. The customer needs to feel that their problem is being taken seriously.

Once this is done, the customer is ready to have their problem solved, and they will definitely appreciate the service. They are now in a position to become a delighted customer who, in all probability will continue buying from you.

Find what works and model excellence.
Let's say that one of your employees is already consistently delighting your customers with the level of service they provide. The key to success is to ensure that all employees model the same behaviour.

This also ensures that the employee feels rewarded and appreciated, and are far more likely to stay with your company. There are many different techniques to find out what it is exactly what it is that the model employee is doing well. Common sense is a great technique!

Create a Customer Service Process.
Just as you have financial systems, manufacturing processes, sales processes and distribution processes, it is very important to have a sound customer service process.

If you need any help in that area, let us know, and we will be glad to perform a customer service assessment and suggest ways in which you can truly delight your customers every time.

The #1 Skill Employers are Looking For! http://www.articletrader.com/self-improvement/leadership/the-%231-skill-employers-are-looking-for.html http://www.articletrader.com/self-improvement/leadership/the-%231-skill-employers-are-looking-for.html Sat, 06 Dec 2008 11:37:43 -0600
An exceptional professor I had years ago (affectionately called Dr. G.) once said to me: “Chuck, if you don’t want to be like everyone else, don’t act like everyone else!” These words resonated with me through the years and I would like to share with you what they mean.

My first exposure to Dr. G was when I attended Pepperdine University in California in the late 1980’s and took his class in microeconomics. During his class Dr. G. continually stressed the importance of Critical Thinking in all that he taught. He would constantly challenge us to think through issues, make informed decisions and do our own homework when needed. Dr G’s dedication, knowledge and enthusiasm sparked a roaring fire inside me to learn more about this powerful skill.

I began asking questions like:

• Why are some people with equal raw intelligence, skills and ambition not as successful as others with the same intelligence, skills and ambition?

• What does it take to be a leader at a company and get more pay and benefits?

• Why does a company tell most of its employees that they have to go through years and years in the same position to move slowly up the ladder of success when the CEO gets there much sooner?

The simple answer to these questions is: They have strong Critical Thinking skills.

Although Critical Thinking is the answer; that begs the next questions: Why is Critical Thinking so Powerful?...and…How can they be improved? Let’s dig deeper.

Our Most Powerful Strength

Our ability to critically think is the most powerful strength that we possess. It has allowed us human beings to leave the protection of natural caves, to design and build homes, to make complex infrastructures and teach our young. We have the printing press, the telescope and the microchip. The quality of life we humans experience as a group exists in direct proportion to our brain power and how we use it. In a world where common sense is at a premium, companies are “starved” for people who can take on a wide array of tasks, make well thought out decisions and think through issues.

You can improve your Critical thinking skill! It takes time, patience and a willingness to get out of your box!

Skills To Make You The Center Of Attention, Anytime, Anywhere http://www.articletrader.com/self-improvement/leadership/skills-to-make-you-the-center-of-attention-anytime-anywhere.html http://www.articletrader.com/self-improvement/leadership/skills-to-make-you-the-center-of-attention-anytime-anywhere.html Sun, 28 Sep 2008 00:00:00 -0500
My friend "Red" was the consummate people-person. He made a small fortune selling used cars - part time! People made an appointment with him just to buy from him and only him! They spread the word to their friends and relatives that Red was the go-to guy for a used car. You see, Red knew how to be truly interested in people as people not just as customers.

When you master the following social skills, you will have the trust and all-out support of others just like Red had. These will be people you have helped who are eager to help you. All you have to do is ask and they will bend over backwards to get you what you need. This gives you a small army of people who will help you achieve anything your heart desires.

Once you learn the following social skills, you will reach a level self-empowerment you never imagined was possible for you. In effect, self-empowerment is making a general overhaul of your life and turning yourself into a happier and more successful person.
You just have to apply the following 10 skills:

1. Be genuine.

Make sure you go at this with good motives. People can read a phony and you will be stopped before you can even get started because people will tell others to keep away from you.

Be genuinely interested in everyone you meet. If they perceive that you have selfish intentions, you might as well say goodbye to self-empowerment.

2. Be the greatest listener that you can be.

To earn the love and trust of people, listen to their problems and sympathize with them. Do not just hear them out, listen to them with your heart. Make eye contact and listen intently because every word they speak matters. And, ask questions to draw them out. Resist giving them unsolicited advice. Just listen, ask questions, and listen some more. Soon they will see that you are a person they can confide in.

3. Laugh out loud.

Don't force yourself to laugh at every joke or comment if you do not find it funny. A polite smile is fine in that case but, if it's funny to you, laugh out loud. Find humor in things and don't be deadly serious about everything. When you display an awesome sense of humor, you will attract others and eventually, build successful relationships.

4. Don't forget yourself.

In the process of fluttering around like a social butterfly, guard against allowing others to walk all over you. If you love and value yourself before anyone else, if you see yourself worthy of affection and respect, people will flock to you and not simply use you. What do I mean by this? It's a fact that some people will see your open personality as weak and will not take you seriously. Ignore them and move to others who appreciate you.

5. Be a "good-deed-doer."

You don't have to give until you are broke. In fact, money is the worst thing you can give. Instead, do little acts of kindness. These matter most and can be as simple as sending someone a surprise "Thinking of you" card or helping someone acquire something they need through one of your friends or contacts. I often use my network of acquaintances to make things happen for others with a simple phone call.

6. Contact your old friends.

Many friendships are destined to end for various reasons beyond our control. But, thanks to technology, you can do something about it. Relive the good old days by flipping through your yearbook and look for the great people whom you want to communicate with again. Adding these old friends to your roster of support peers will surely make you, and them, feel good all over.

If you locate them, don't make direct contact at first. Instead, break the ice by sending a card with your phone number enclosed. Invite them to contact you. Let things take a natural course. They may have reasons for not renewing the friendship.

7. Kill your negative personality.

Are you grouchy, grumpy and generally a doom-and-gloom person? If you are, I'll bet you can count your friends and acquaintances on one hand! Get rid of those traits and habits that have been hampering your growth. No one wants to be around a grouch.

8. Be confident.

This takes courage at first but learn to move around a room of people and purposely introduce yourself to people with that winning smile of yours. Just remember: be confident, not arrogant. Apply #1 and #2 above as you meet and greet new people.

9. Practice control.

When angry, don't snap at anyone. Never throw a tantrum. Stay calm and collected. Be adult enough to take control of the situation. Transform your anger into something more productive. If your anger rises to gigantic proportions easily, people will find it hard to confide in you. In fact, people will avoid you.

10. Keep nurturing your relationships.

Whatever happens in life, your relationships with your family, friends and significant others are so precious that you must not neglect them. Keep them active by going out and having fun with them. Do things together. Happiness will never elude you when the people who matter most to you are close to you.

In the end, self-empowerment means becoming a better and more lovable person. It's a win-win situation - people know they can turn to you for help and comfort and they will be eager to return the favor.

Help for Orphans: Sarah Ehrlich Educates African Children http://www.articletrader.com/self-improvement/leadership/help-for-orphans-sarah-ehrlich-educates-african-children.html http://www.articletrader.com/self-improvement/leadership/help-for-orphans-sarah-ehrlich-educates-african-children.html Mon, 26 Feb 2007 00:00:00 -0600
The numbers are stark. According to the United Nations, the number of African orphans increased from 30.9 million to 41.9 million between 1990 and 2000, and projections suggest that the number will increase to 53.1 million by the year 2010.

But Ehrlich is up to the challenge. Inspired by an organization in India that has several hundred orphanage schools and that encourages children who graduate to give back, Ehrlich's Help for Orphans (www.myspace.com/helpfororphans) has already given thousands of books to orphanages in Uganda, Kenya, and India. Moreover, the organization is currently building two orphanage schools in Kenya; the Kisumu school will educate 60 children, while the Kisii school will educate another 50 children. While the Reading and Phonics Curriculum by Applied Scholastics (www.study-tech.org) will be central, Ehrlich wants to go beyond the basics to provide students with the tools they need to support themselves within their culture. "In order to truly make a difference, we also need to raise their self-confidence by teaching them about human rights, values, how to avoid HIV, and by tapping into their creative energy through an art program that includes painting and dance," she says. "In addition, by focusing on sustainable agriculture and environmental preservation, we can help them become responsible stewards of the land."

Leaving a small environmental footprint is central to the philosophy of Help for Orphans. To that end, the organization has engaged AB Architekten (www.abarchitekten.com), a New York architectural firm that specializes in designing "green" buildings. "We want to teach by example," explains Ehrlich, who is footing 100 percent of the administrative costs of the organization. "It's important to assure our donors that their $30-per-month sponsorships are going directly to the children for food and school supplies, and that other donations are being used for building projects, food, and educational materials."

Ehrlich and her team are preparing for a trip to Kenya, where they will partner with additional orphanages in order to sponsor their children and build more schools, as well as to donate books, food, and school supplies. But Ehrlich doesn't feel her mission will be accomplished until Help for Orphans has launched at least 500 schools all over the globe. "We are starting in Africa, but there are orphans in many countries who need our help," she says. "Right now, we're focusing on Africa, but we also have immediate plans to build sustainable schools for orphans in southern India and Central America. Eventually, we will launch efforts in Southeast Asia, North and South America, and Europe."

Ehrlich says the response to Help for Orphans has been overwhelming, and concludes, "When you do the right thing, everything seems to take off." Ehrlich's ability to create that synergy is certain to help African orphans take off and reach for the stars.

Step Out Of The Box And Become A Leader http://www.articletrader.com/self-improvement/leadership/step-out-of-the-box-and-become-a-leader.html http://www.articletrader.com/self-improvement/leadership/step-out-of-the-box-and-become-a-leader.html Thu, 12 Jun 2008 00:00:00 -0500
When you are looking to become a leader, you will find that one of the first things that you have to think about involves taking responsibility. You'll find that oftentimes, groups of people simply mill around, looking for someone to lead them, and if no one does, any course of action can turn drawn-out and rather torturous. Think about the last time that you wish someone would simply make a decision and realize that it could have been you!

Taking responsibility as a leader is something that is very easy to do. You'll find that making decisions is very important, and while you do need to consider what you are doing, you will oftentimes find out that you have as much competence as anyone one. Remember that if you do not have the right information to make the decision, you'll find that getting that information can be quite easy, so don't let a lack of knowledge in very particular situations stop you.

When you are looking to become a leader, you need to remember that no matter how shy or retiring you are, you need to make sure that your voice and opinion is heard. There is a good chance that if you are thinking it, that other people are as well. You don't have to worry about being alone in your opinion, and part of being a leader is making sure that your opinion is given weight. Taking the time to make sure that you know what you need is important, so remember to consider it.

When you become a leader, you will find that you will see things much more clearly. Being a leader encourages you to consider views that you never thought of before, and you will realize that when it comes to your personal development that nothing might more important than doing so. Make sure that you know why you want to become a leader and understand that it might be a great deal easier than you thought.

Become a leader and you'll soon see that there is no end to the places you can go!

Increase Your Sales with a Seminar http://www.articletrader.com/self-improvement/leadership/increase-your-sales-with-a-seminar.html http://www.articletrader.com/self-improvement/leadership/increase-your-sales-with-a-seminar.html Thu, 31 May 2007 00:00:00 -0500 If you are a company leader, whether a CEO, CFO, or other level of management, then you will likely spend a lot of time trying to increase your company's sales figures. One great way to do that is to provide your sales team with the opportunity to participate in a sales training seminar. With the variety of topics, as well as the diverse means of participation, you are sure to find training and seminars that will meet your needs.

One way to increase your sales is to focus on your client's specific needs and situation. There are seminars available that will give you strategic hands-on skills that will help you hone in on this crucial aspect of sales, so that you can meet your customer's needs and close more deals.

Another challenging sales area is telephone selling. A Communications Skills training seminar can address important aspects of this vital skill, such as handling objections, learning about different types of buyers and their behaviors, and developing strategies for promoting your unique product and company over the competition.

Learning about why customers want to buy is an important aspect of selling. Sales seminars focusing on the value of a product can help you increase sales. You will learn how to detect a buyer's values, then after building a quality relationship with that person, use that information to your advantage to sell them your product in a way that will make sense to them.

Sometimes you will need to give a presentation in order to make a sale. Training in improving your presentation skills will increase your ability to persuade your audience because you will learn how to prepare and deliver the presentation, develop a strategy for presenting, overcome your nerves and also learn how to handle the question and answer session after the presentation effectively.

If you are in a leadership position, then at some level you will also be a team leader. Leadership skills training seminars are available that will help you understand how to motivate and lead a team. You can learn techniques to overcome team conflicts and how to avoid burnout, and ways to keep your team fresh and creative.

If you are a Sales Manager, you will be working with a sales team that you will lead to success. Seminars are specifically designed to help Sales Managers work through the challenges faced by their sales team and maximize the opportunities presented to them as well.

You can find trainings and seminars that can fit into any schedule, for as many people to attend as you wish. You can simply get a CD, DVD, or book, or utilize downloadable content. Webinars, teleseminars, as well as in-house training make participation easy for you.
