Typical self-hypnosis lasts anywhere from 15-25 minutes, although you can certainly make it last as long as you like.<br /><br />Finally, it can be said that self hypnosis is a practical and extremely helpful tool and self hypnosis does not necessary need to have affirmations depending the results you want to achieve with it. It is basically the media which has worked to create this belief, when in fact, when you are hypnotized, you are relaxed and focused, and you are able to choose to get up and walk away at any time, if you want to. You choose to give your attention to the hypnotist, and in the same regards you are able to withdraw it at any time you like. If you have been scared of going to see a hypnotist in the past due to myths such as these, then you should know that there is absolutely no reason to be afraid. In fact more than anything you are likely to feel more relaxed and at ease before, during and after your hypnosis than you have ever been before in your life.<br /><br />Indeed, hypnosis is an effective tool not only for relaxation but also solve many of our complex problems. They can be smoking addiction, weight loss problems, anger, depression or anxiety. <description><![CDATA[ Many people often confused 2 different types of guys in this world. On the surface, it seems like they are of not much difference but in the deeper level, the differences are ENORMOUS. YEA! I am talking about JERKS and the ALPHA MALES. It is important that you know the differences between the two so that you can avoid becoming a jerk that nobody likes and I believe that you do not want to be one too.<br /><br />The reason why women are more attracted to jerks is simply because jerks or assholes are not boring. Unlike the “nice” guy that always plays nice, jerks are much more interesting and less boring to be with. As I mentioned before, women are attracted to men that are unpredictable. And jerks are unpredictable because jerks can make women cry but at some point jerks can also make the women laugh. <br /><br />Reason why I don't want to be a jerk is because jerk has an unique ability that attract certain type of women. The type of woman jerks usually attract are those with emotional problem or low self-esteem. Think about it. Do you want to be with a guy who abuses you one moment and then cheer you up again some time later? I bet not.  So unless you like women that are weird, I suggest that you don’t become a total jerk.<br /><br />Next, we move on to the type of guy that you should strive to be. These type of guys are dominant and successful. They are the alpha males. Alpha males are leaders and have the respect of many people. Confident, outgoing, fun to be around, socially powerful are some of the personality traits of an alpha male. Comfortable in his own skin, he never cares what others think of him.<br /><br />Next, we move on to another category of guys that are dominant and successful. They are the alpha males. Alpha males are leaders and people respect them. Confident, outgoing, fun to be around, socially powerful are some of the personality traits of an alpha male. He is comfortable with women and is able to play with them. When a woman makes a sarcastic remark, alpha male laugh and joke about it as he treats girls like his silly little sisters. Unlike, beta males and jerks, they get offended easily. Alpha males are dominant people and non-verbally mark their dominance. They take up large spaces; control the flow of the conversation, having a loud and clear voice, display powerful body language. And people around them usually got absorbed into their reality and they become guests in the reality. When it comes to women, alpha male will not feel jealous because he does not need women to satisfy his life. Alpha male has a great personal life and would not need women to help create a greater life. For those who see these 2 words for the first time, positive thinking is about being positive and optimistic about things. I am sure some of you think that it is easy to be optimistic. Yes, positive thinking can be easy on a normal day. But can you still stay positive when something terrible happened to your life today? So, positive thinking is a skill that needs to be practiced as we are not wired to be positive thinkers. And now, I will share with you more on what positive thinking is and how you can use it to improve your life.<br /><br />When we are optimistic, we generate positive emotions and these emotions are necessary to widen our thinking. It is important that we widen our thinking as when you met with arduous times, we only have our own mind to pull us through. Imagine yourself thinking negatively in times of trouble, you will naturally feel down, depressed, discourage and unmotivated. You will not bother to think of solutions to get yourself out of the mess. Your mind automatically narrows down to only feeling down and not anything else. On the other hand, if you think positively, you will feel hope, courage and motivation. Your mind widens and you are able to think of solutions to solve your problems.<br /><br />Let's move on to making positive statements. Making positive statements is a very easy thing to do. The hard part you need to overcome is often yourself. This is because you need to have the commitment to repeat the positive statements to yourself at a regular basis. Not many can accomplish that. Your positive statements need to be in present tense. Also, your positive statement should be written such that there is no negative part in it. An instance will be like saying “I am not fat” which is wrong. The correct way should be saying it like “I am fit and healthy”.<br /><br />Next, I am going to share with you some activities and exercises you can do relating to positive thinking. One simple exercise you can practice daily is positive affirmations. All you have to do is to take your positive statement you have made and repeat it to yourself every morning. This is an effective tool to make you feel energetic and powerful. Thus, you will have the energy and motivation to last through the days. It also reminds you of your goals and allows you to follow through your action plan.<br /><br />Besides positive affirmations, you can also listen to positive and motivational music. They can be a source of inspiration and motivation for you. Your car is a great place to start listening to positive music as most people spend lots of time on the road.<br /><br />The next great activity you can do is to fill your workplace with positive energy. You can do just there by putting up positive posters up in your workplace. This not only reinforces your positive thoughts but acts as a great motivator.
