Seasonal Australia state sponsored lists

State sponsorship for an Australian skilled visa changes during the course of a year. The state lists are updated and not all at the same time. Different state sponsorship lists get updated at different times. Whether it is the NSW state sponsorship list, the WA state sponsorship list, the QLD state sponsorship list or the VIC state sponsorship list, they are updated at differing times. The same is also true of the other states, NT, TAS, and WA.

The update usually happens around the first of July because that is when DIAC updates their own regulations and policy regarding skilled visas. Yet there are also other updates, sometimes something like two or four times a year, around October or March and new occupations are added to the lists.

The state sponsorship lists can have occupations drop from the lists at any time during the year, because the state lists for an Australian visa assessment are done on a quota. The state lists at any time will show that the occupation is available, limited or unavailable. Yet some people who are thinking about emigrating to Australia still delay their application and do not take the chance when it comes.

This is because they have allowed themselves to be sucked into the social worries about their own home country. Yet they still fail to realize that it is worth any kind of thing they have to do to make it to Australia because it offers jobs and a great salary in a strong currency, as well as a better lifestyle and weather.

The states in Australia have added a very wide range to their state sponsored lists recently at the end of 2012. Even occupations such as conference planner or driving instructor can now be state sponsored, whereas in the past it was restricted to the skilled occupations such as engineer or tradesman. So now and the beginning of 2013 are amazing times to start a skilled visa application to Australia with an Australian visa agent that is skilled and experienced.
