Giving the Right Score for your Interior Design Provider

Submitted by Nadine Cruce
Mon, 18 May 2009

As a client you are entitled into different rights and privileges, you have the right to set your standards when it comes to service. You can give the best credit that you want to give and you can even give the worst one. Once the will of the client is satisfied by the provider, the client in return can give his or her best reward, a sort of appreciation maybe.
You may not want to sacrifice the aesthetics of your space's interior design that you may want to entrust this work into someone, a group or an individual who can meet your preference. This can be tough, just try to imagine how hard it will take, you need to choose the best among thousands of interior design companies.
After your interior design project reached the last installation process, you and only you have the last say. You may not be good in reviewing interior decorations yet you know your preference, you can critique their work and judge them based on these things.
1. In any interior design project, the involvement of the client is very important; your personal preference should be considered and should be the basis of how things should appear. Now try to look at the details of space, do you think that your interior designer considered your preference. The color, the arrangement all of this should be based from what you have given them, unless otherwise you let them take over everything (which should not happen).
2. Every interior design should be functional; every detail should have its part in the wholeness of the interiors.
3. Do you think that the interior design of your space is worth an investment?
From these things try to formulate and from the scale of one to ten, ten being the highest and one being the lowest, what score will you be giving? This score can do big things; it will identify the aesthetic looks of your future interior design projects.
