Do You Want Constipation Relief With Natural Home Remedies?

If you suspect that you have mild or acute constipation, by all means do not hesitate, to start using home remedies. Constipation is potentially a very destructive condition. If you do not have regular bowel movements, there is a tendency is for bad bacteria and toxins to stay and wreak havoc in your body. It is like having canned food that is spoiled. Once it's spoiled and you eat it, everything can go wrong. Everything bad is possible.
If you have constipation, you are vulnerable to numerous diseases because your body's defense mechanism is significantly weak. Like in Murphy's Law, everything that can go wrong will definitely go wrong. Therefore it is important that you are armed with knowledge in preventing constipation - or if you have it already, how to cure it completely with remedies for constipation.
Now using over-the-counter remedies or laxatives is not taking natural remedies. These laxatives you buy at the drug store can cause more damage than using nothing. They work by starting and stimulating peristaltic action. Peristaltic action is a wave like movement that occurs throughout your gastrointestinal tract - esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon - that helps move food into your stomach, through your intestines, through your colon, and out your rectum.
There are drugstore products, natural occurring foods, herbal substances, and homeopathic liquids that have laxative effects. I do not recommend using drugstore laxatives or any other form of drugs to clear a constipation problem.
These laxatives are habit-forming and work by desensitizing your colon. Their use can irritate nerves and muscles along the intestinal lining, interfere with digestion and adsorption, cause cramps, deplete fluids, and create other physical internal problems.
Never use a laxative, Drugstore or Natural, when you have acute abdominal pain, especially if the pain is on the lower right hand side, where the appendix is located. See your doctor right away.
Now, Constipation usually occurs when you indulge in an unhealthy lifestyle. If you don't include fiber foods in your diet, you might have constipation. If you don't drink in enough water, you might have constipation. If all you do is sit whole day, you might have constipation. From all these, it is quite clear that, in order to get rid of constipation, you have to do something that your body does not like.
So, what do you need to do to start clearing your constipation? First you need to look at what you are eating and make some changes. The first thing to do is to start eating more fruits and vegetables. This is done during breakfast. Instead of having a heavy breakfast with eggs, bread, butter, meat, and potatoes, start eating a fruit or fruit smoothie for breakfast.
Now, you don't want to start eating this fruit breakfast every day. Just start doing this once or twice a week and then the next week add another day and so on until you realize you are no longer eat a heavy breakfast. You will start to see a decrease in your constipation. Using natural remedies for constipation are very doable at home
