If you do check out the original Master Cleanser, the instructions for the lemonade diet by Stanley Burroughs are pretty vague. Yet, it has not deterred the thousands of people around the world from attempting the lemonade diet to restore their health back to optimal levels. Celebrities such as Beyonce Knowles, Robin Quivers have used the Lemonade Diet and got amazing results.
nIf you ever wanted to flush toxins out of your body or experienced amazing healthy rapid weight loss, then the lemonade diet is the perfect detox program for you.
nHere are the instructions for the lemonade diet by Stanley Burroughs.
nThe main ingredient list for the lemonade diet:
n-Organic Lemons
-Grade B Organic Maple Syrup (not the maple syrup on the breakfast table)
-Cayenne Pepper (preferably powdered instead of capsules)
-Unrefined Sea Salt
-Filtered Water
nOptional Ingredients:
n-Laxative tea
-Natural Herbal Tea (decaffeinated)
nInstructions for the lemonade diet by Stanley Burroughs:
nFor the lemonade drink, 1 serving, you would require
n-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
-2 tablespoons of maple syrup
-1/10 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
-10 oz of filtered water
nYou should be able to consume from 6 - 12 servings of lemonade a day. If the lemonade is mixed correctly, the lemonade would be tasty and the cayenne pepper can give you a real kick.
nTip: It is advisable to do the salt water flush when you are undergoing the Lemonade Diet Program.
