About Author too short?, Submit denied!!!

Can anybody explain to me what your supposed to put in the 'About Author' pod please? I try to submit an article and it keeps telling me the about author is too short? It says it's optional? I've tried leaving it empty and I've filled it in, but I get the same response either way? Help!! :(

There are two about author fields (the first one allows html)
Make sure you fill in the first field,, only the second one is optional.

Are you saying the html is compulsary? And how many words are allowed in the about the author since i have written 238 and it still comes up author text too short.

Yes the html field is compulsory.  It only has to be around 10 words, if you still get the error message with anything longer please PM me your exact about author text and I will try and see if it is a problem on our side.
