Looking for a Driver for Yamaha Keyboard?
If excellence is what you are looking for in a Keyboard then take a look at the Yamaha range of keyboards. They suit the beginner up to the professional keyboard player equally. One of the nicest features of the Yamaha keyboard is its ability to connect to computers for the transfer and processing of MIDI files.

Yamaha provide the USB MIDI file transfer feature on almost all of their latest models, including the superb YPT-230 keyboard discussed below. If you are searching the internet for the latest USB MIDI drivers for your Yamaha keyboard then check out the official Yamaha website at http://download.yamaha.com/usb_midi/ and you should find what you are looking for.

Here you'll find firmware upgrades and any additional drivers you may require, including drivers for PC and Apple Mac machines alike. Check under your keyboard model number (i.e. YPT-230. YPT-220 etc.) and you should find what you need. Other sites will offer these drivers at a price but Yamaha don't charge for their software drivers and upgrades and you know they will be the genuine thing and not cause you, your keyboard or your computer a problem.

The Yamaha YPT-230 keyboard is a great instrument, suitable for beginners or professional musicians alike. Take a look at the keyboard package offered by Yamaha, its great value.

The YPT-230 keyboard package is a compact design and comes complete with a set of hi-quality closed-cup headphones, dedicated power supply adapter and a stand - X-braced for stability. Yamaha have included the headphone in the package without increasing the prices in order to keep this brilliant package competitively low in price. What a bargain!

The cost of the Yamaha headphones alone would set you back between $100 and $400 is purchased separately. This really is good value including them in the YPT-230 package.

As mentioned before, the YPT-230 keyboard is a compact design but retains a full size keyboard so there shouldn't be any issues with users of standard piano keyboards adapting to it. Unlike other brands of electronic keyboards, this design has retained the slim line features of a compact keyboard and is not bulky in any way. This makes it much easier to transport and store at home.

The Yamaha YPT-230 also features a great set of pre-installed voices. In fact, it comes with more than 380 different voices ranging from Piano to Harpsichord and more.

The natural voices included in this package are of the best sound quality. Each not is crisp and loud and has been perfected so that the sound is uncompromising in every way. If you compose Jazz, Rock or Electronica styles of music then you will not be disappointed with the quality of the results. The composition of the music may be another issue but that's your problem to solve.

If you are used to playing an upright or grand piano then you'll appreciate the experience of playing the YPT-230, it is very similar in many respects. You'll notice a significant difference in the way the sound is rendered compared to other keyboards. This is down to the Ultra-Wide Stereo (UWS) sound processor provided by the Yamaha keyboard.

When it comes down to the price, as it always does, the Yamaha YPT-230 keyboard is based around and below the $200 mark. This is more than reasonable for the quality and sophistication of instrument you get, it's simply fantastic. Included with the hi-quality headphones and stand, it is an unbeatable package by all standards. This mid range keyboard comes in a low range prices and is perfect for those who want a compact keyboard at home.
